Set up (Saturday afternoon)
Set up the tent and registration area
Parking (Sunday AM) Shift 1
6:15 - 10:00am Assist in managing parking in an orderly and efficient manner.
Parking (Sunday AM) Shift 2
10:00am - 2:00pm Assist in managing parking in an orderly and efficient manner.
Rider Check-In (Sunday AM)
Work under the tent, checking off riders who pre-registered online.
Route Guide (Sunday AM)
Work a designated intersection to make sure riders make the correct turn.
Rest Stops (Sunday AM)
Dispense water, juice, fruit, snacks to riders at one of 4 rest stops.
Picnic (Sunday Mid-Day)
Working to ensure drinks and water is available to attendees. Make sure trash barrels liners are tied off when full and replaced,
Take Down (Sunday Afternoon 2pm))
Fold table and chairs and take down signs and banners
